Paris Brain Institute
The conference is taking place at the auditorium of the Paris Brain Institute (ICM).
The ICM is located in the heart of Paris, at the campus of the Hôpital de la Pitié Salpétrière, one of the largest European hospitals, which has been the epicenter of modern neurology.
The ICM is a research institute and private foundation dedicated to the study of brain disorders. Over 30 teams work on all aspects of neurosciences, from basic to clinical research.
Practical information
The talks will be held at the Auditorium of the Paris Brain Institute. It is situated on the ground-floor of the Institute.
Coffee breaks and lunch (sandwiches) will be offered in front of the main entrance of the conference hall.
The poster session will be held during lunchtime on both days of the conference, outside the auditorium.
Wi-Fi is available during the conference through eduroam or using the guest WiFi service.
The conference social will take place on Wednesday 16th at 18.00.
How to reach the Paris Brain Institute
The Paris Brain Institute is located inside the campus of the Hôpital Pitie Salpetriere, exactly at the pin location in the map below.
There are two entrances to the hospital.
One is at the Saint Marcel stop of metro 5 and the other at the Chevaleret stop of metro 6.
By Metro 5 (Saint-Marcel Station)
Exit at Saint-Marcel station and enter the hospital campus through the main gate.
Walk straight ahead along the main road, and just before reaching the end, you’ll see a large dark glass building on your left — this is the ICM (Institut du Cerveau).
By Metro 6 (Chevaleret Station)
Exit at Chevaleret station and enter the hospital campus.
Take the second street on your left (Rue Esquirol), which slopes gently uphill.
Continue straight until the end of the road; the large dark glass building on your left is the ICM (Institut du Cerveau).
